AmCham-Jordan provides members with specialized export, and import support services, including:

- Providing information on Investment rules and requirements.
- Assistance in Establishment.
3. Policy and Advocacy
AmCham-Jordan believes that the modernization of economic policy is key to positive growth that contributes to sustainable economic development. To ensure better policies that are more equitable and more effective, they are best developed through a collaborative processed that is based on research and best international practices.
This work is carried out by AmCham-Jordan within the work of the National Tijara Coalition Policy & Advocacy Committee, a public private committee works to bridge these gaps by building consensus and finding win-win solutions.
4. Training & Capacity Building
AmCham-Jordan offers new training and capacity building programs to develop talent for today’s business.
Our cost-effective workshops and seminars are targeted to help companies overcome challenges facing them when growing their business abroad, with a special focus on the U.S. market. All training are offered by subject matter experts and practitioners and are developed to address the specific needs of Jordanian companies and entrepreneurs.
AmCham-Jordan offers two kinds of training, strategic workshops for business planning and skills development for business growth.

5. AmCham-Jordan University Internship Program 2020 – 2021
The AmCham-Jordan’s University Student Internship Program is implemented in partnership with the University of Jordan and the Yarmouk University with support from the U.S. Embassy in Amman.
The goals of this Program is to develop student career options, knowledge about the labor market in Jordan, to help develop students’ employability skills, as well as provide businesses with a suitable pipeline for its new staff.
The Program is part of AmCham-Jordan’s community outreach initiatives that aims to support the career path development for young Jordanian university students, through linking them to job training opportunities with leading Jordanian Businesses.
In 2020 and despite the challenges brought about as a result of the global heath pandemic, the Program was successful in providing specialized soft skills training and internship placements for over 80 students.

Host companies offer students a Profession-based internships placement where they will be paired with a senior member of staff to work and gain practical experience and exposure.
