Training Session on Work Ethics & Dealing with Conflicts- University Student Internship Program

AmCham-Jordan held a training session entitled “Work Ethics & Dealing with Conflicts,” delivered by the Advocate Lana Nimri, legal advisor and head of the FTA Unit at AmCham-Jordan, and the Founder of Jordan Better Workplace Association.

The session aimed at introducing university students on the importance of having an ethical behavior, and its role in promoting professionalism in the workplace. In addition to the difference between ethical and non-ethical behaviors and guidelines on idealistic behaviors that students should be aware of before entering the workplace. The second leg of the training session shed light on the types of workplace conflicts, ways to deal with them, their impact on the work environment, and the reason for their occurrence.

This program is implemented with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Amman- Public Affairs Section and in partnership with the University of Jordan and Yarmouk University.
