Ms. Oula Ayyoub

Oula Ayyoub is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in business development and trade facilitation. As the Head of the Jordan-U.S. Free Trade Agreement Unit at AmCham Jordan, she works to strengthen trade ties between Jordan and the United States. Her role involves promoting business opportunities, supporting companies in navigating the Free Trade Agreement, and facilitating smoother economic collaborations between the two countries.

With over two decades of experience in business development, marketing, and investor relations, Oula has held key leadership roles across diverse sectors. Prior to joining AmCham, she was the Chief Operations Officer at Partners for Good (PFG), a Jordanian NGO affiliated with Global Communities (USA), where she spearheaded organizational strategy, business development, and performance management. Her career also includes extensive experience in investment promotion and foreign relations, particularly during her time at the Aqaba Development Corporation and the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA).

 

Oula holds a Master’s degree in Communication, Culture, and Media, and a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature. Her leadership skills have been further honed through executive training, including strategic planning and project management.
