“Business and Investor Visa Applications” Q&A Session with U.S. Visa Consul

The U.S. Embassy in Amman is committed to supporting trade and investment between the United States and Jordan. Helping businesses to access U.S. and Jordanian business resources and to facilitate their networking with various public and private sector experts.

AmCham-Jordan, in collaboration with the US Embassy Jordan, hosted an interactive Q&A session titled “Business and Investor Visa Applications” with the Consul General of the U.S. Embassy in Amman, Mr. Daniel C. Gedacht, to discuss visa application procedures and processes for a successful visa acceptance.

Mr. Samer S. Judeh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, together with other attendees, outlined a number of difficulties that business owners and representatives have during the visa application process, particularly with regard to work visas.

During the session Mr. Gedacht, explained what factors that might determine any delay in processing, visa rejection or visa approval. In addition to all the requirements that need to be met to receive the specified category being applied for, specially the Business and Investor Visas.
