Awareness Session on AmCham- Jordan University Student Internship Program in Amman

Under the AmCham – Jordan University Internship Program, AmCham – Jordan held its second awareness session for private sector leading companies operating in Amman.

The session’s main focus was to enlighten the Jordanian business community on the importance of bridging the gap between the academic and business communities.

During the session, AmCham – Jordan CEO Ms. Rose Alissi gave attendees a detailed presentation on the program’s objectives, requirements, and the value of adopting Corporate Social Responsibility through offering students on the job profession-based internship placements.

This program is implemented with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Amman- Public Affairs Section and in partnership with the University of Jordan and Yarmouk University.
