Our establishment Union For Agricultural Development & Slaughtering
has been established in the nineteenth of the last century as one of the largest fully integrated poultry company in Jordan, the establishment consist of the following project. • Breeder farms : The establishment has nine breeder farms applied in it the most modern technology known in the world in the field of breeders breeding with capacity of 520.000 hen produce 4 million chicks monthly . • Hatcheries : Our hatcheries are considered as the most modern hatcheries in the Middle East with a capacity of 75 million of hatching eggs annually. • broilers farms : The establishment has 14 broiler farms with a capacity of 3.6 million chickens in the breading cycle witch last 30 – 40 days In breading we use the closed system which equipped and contract the internal environment under the supervision of our veterinarians and Agricultural engineers. • Feed factory The establishment has a modern feed factory which provides breeders and broilers farms with there needs of plant feeds which consist of yellow corn , soybean , vitamins and minerals without any feed of animal origin under the supervision of Agricultural engineers The capacity of this factory is about 9000 tons monthly • Slaughterhouse : Our establishment has a modern slaughter house with capacity of 12000 birds per hour applied in it a high of quality standard to produce chicken identical to the Jordanian standard for chicken meat and it parts. For this the establishment has been applied the international standard of food safety ISO 22000/2005 and HACCP. All production stages in the slaughter house which consist of catching . crating . loading , transportation to slaughter house . unloading . hanging . stunning , slaughtering ( which is done by knife according to Islamic role which was approved by the Mufti Department of Jordan ) bleeding , scalding , defeatharing head pulling , hock cutting , evisceration inspection , water chilling ,air chilling packaging , cutting and deboning , storage and distribution are under control of our veterinarians and agricultural engineers . • The central laboratory Our establishment has a modern laboratory to carry out all microbiological tests needed to verify the effectiveness of all the production stages in the slaughterhouse . • Human resources Our establishment has about 1150 of fully trained employees and workers as we believe that development is continuous process, so we give more needed training to them to achieve our aim.
