Founded in 1996 in Amman as a family business. It is an extension of Mr. Walid Al Jitan’s family heritage of using a combination of great ingredients and traditional recipes, producing high-quality mouthwatering pita bread in the city of Jerusalem for more than 80 years.

For the first time, Amman city experienced the unique concept of a Bakery where one can enjoy fresh products straight from the bakery using traditional and high-quality mixes produced using the latest technologies. This new introduction to Amman city was an instant success.

Our commitment to high-quality products allowed us to grow into a truly world-class business, serving Amman for 20 years with a workforce of over 300 employees. Currently, we have four branches in Amman. Also, we export our products to several countries around the world.
