When you hear the name Agati, the first thing that comes to mind is the Turkish word “Agha”, which means president or master. The term “Aga” was associated with original Turkish history and culture and was used in the Ottoman Empire for figures operating in a high location as well as many historical places in Turkey. The term “Aga” may also come in the sense of a handsome, rich and generous man. The humble beginning and simple possibilities that our ancestors had in 1945 in the manufacture of popular sweets, which are customary at that time, enabled us to be strongly present on the Jordanian confectionery market square and in light of the constant development that launched “Agati Sweets” in the Jordanian market to offer a variety of oriental sweets and ice cream unique, to create a new vision in the field.
