Members in the Spotlight Series

AmCham-Jordan’s Members in the Spotlight Series aims to host our members’ companies of leading Jordanian and non-Jordanian manufacturers, traders, and investors, operating in various sectors under the spotlight to talk about their hands-on experience of participating in AmCham-Jordan’s activities and offered services in terms of business development, policy advocacy, networking, and capacity building.

Furthermore, the year 2020 marks the 20th anniversary of the U.S.-Jordan Free Trade Agreement (FTA), the first U.S. FTA with an Arab country. The FTA agreement demonstrated a major role in diversifying the Jordanian economy and growing bilateral trade between both countries by over 800 percent since 2000. The agreement has expanded the trade relationship by reducing barriers for services, protection for intellectual property, ensuring regulatory transparency, and requiring effective labor and environmental enforcement. These series of testimonial videos will feature members to talk about their success story resulting  from the positive outcomes of the the agreement, spread awareness of its full potential, how it facilitated their operations through two-way trade and investment, and helped them grow their business on both sides.
