{Register} Investor Affairs Follow-up Project & Grievances Mechanism at JIC

Session Description:

The Jordan Investment Commission is the main destination for investors and an incubator for all investments to initiate their business or obtain investment services that lead to economic development of the country as a whole. In order to integrate the services provided to investors, a specialized project has been established to follow up on investor affairs, as a method of real communication for after care and to overcome any obstacles or difficulties encountered. 

In coordination with the related governmental agencies, JIC team will follow up with the investor from the start of the investment process and continue in providing aftercare services during all phases as part of our strategy of caring for investors and consistent  with the government’s strategy to provide an attractive and sustainable investment environment. The Orientation will also cover the by-law which includes a mechanism for Investor Grievance Regulation between government agencies and investors.
