Tijara Coalition’s First Meeting in 2020

On this day the Tijara Coalition executive committee members met to identify priority actions for 2020 – 2021, and to come up with recommendations for the development and adoption of the Annual Work Plan 2020 – 2021.

During the meeting, AmCham – Jordan Chairman Eng. Mohammed Bataineh welcomed attendees, and thanked them for dedicating their time and support, extending his deepest appreciation to the government and the U.S. Embassy for being active members within the Tijara Coalition. Inviting members to be actively involved in the development of the Work Plan that reflects Tijara members’ joint efforts, and commitment to better utilize opportunities made possible under the special economic partnership between Jordan and the U.S. towards great growth and sustainable economic development.

Moreover, during the meeting, AmCham-Jordan CEO Ms. Rose Alissi- gave an overview on the Tijara Coalition Strategy, activities and achievements, going on the highlight areas of work were Tijara can focus efforts in the coming years.
