Lina joined AmCham-Jordan in 2014, she works with senior management to develop the annual operating budget, financial analysis, and organization financial sustainability plan for review and approval by the Board of Directors. In addition to preparing monthly and day to day management financial reporting, accounting, overseeing vendors, contracts, and assets management. She is also responsible for donor grant financial management including budgeting, implementation, and financial reporting.

In addition to her role in finance, Lina is also responsible for Human Resources and Administration aspects, she handles staffing decisions, employee relations, files, payroll, benefits, staff capacity building, yearly evaluation process, in addition to the general office administration including organizing administration duties and office procedures by maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Lina is adept at several skills including accuracy, problem-solving, attention to detail, leadership technological skills, ability to work independently.

Prior joining AmCham-Jordan, Lina was an office accountant at Ernest & Young Jordan for three years.

Lina received her B. A in Accounting from the University of Jordan in 2009, she also holds a Certified Finance Manager “CFM” certificate from Global Association for Quality Management in the UK and other training courses.
