Informative Session: MAERSK Training

AmCham-Jordan held an informative session under the title of “MAERSK training as a Strategic Partner” with MAERSK Training to discuss the approach towards driving performance and safety in an Organization and the services provided by MAERSK Training.

The session began with introduction remarks given by the MAERSK Training team, defining the industries, capabilities, years of experience as well as the training locations and topics. Along with stating examples of programs provided, that mainly focused on three pillars of which are; ‘Leadership’, ‘Crew Resource Management’ and the ‘Technical Training’ Consultancy Assessment.

During the session, the three pillars were thoroughly discussed, featuring the toolbox courses, that included ‘Time and Conflict Management’, ‘How to give feedback that works’, ‘Building Situational Awareness’ courses and much more. As well as the “Training within Industry’ concept that is designed to provide industries with methodologies for better and more efficient places of work.
