Amcham2022-11-15T10:15:29+00:00The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has recently changed its spousal employment authorization policies for L-2 and dependent E-2 spouse visa holders. Eligible visa holders will be able to obtain work authorization upon admission to the United States.
