H.E. Eng. Mothanna Gharaibeh, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship hosted a press Conference on September 25th, 2019, to announce the launch of the “Silicon Valley Matchmaking Program” which targets Jordanian ‘tech companies’ to support them in developing B2B linkages with U.S. partners to secure investments and/or establish commercial partnerships and easing their access to the world markets by linking IT based startups and entrepreneurs with venture capitalists.
During the press conference, AmCham-Jordan Chairman Eng. Mohammed Bataineh emphasized the role of AmCham quoting “the chamber, a non-profit body, supporting efforts to bolster the national economy through promoting Jordanian-American free trade and investments.”
