On July 18th & 19th, The American Chamber of Commerce in Jordan in collaboration with Wilson Learning SEM, hosted a two-day training program titled: “The Counselor Sales Person”, a certified specialized training program for sales skills.
The Counselor Salesperson (CSP) uses a four-step consultative selling process that helps salespeople transition from simply making transactions to solving real business problems. CSP focuses on adopting a Counselor Mindset, a mindset that builds profitable, long-term customer relationships. The training was very rewarding and we received excellent feedback. Building on the success of the training, in collaboration with Wilson Learning SEM, AmCham will be holding a second training session on the 24th of September.
